Machines control system
Having worked with machine manufacturers on the improvements of their CNC, we have realized that our experience in automated systems and simulator development together with our computer science background allow us to bring fresh and comprehensive solutions to the industrial field. We have successfully managed the RnD work to decrease cutter positioning deviation induced by geometrical deformations and implemented a machine guide deflection measurement using an analysis of the diffraction pattern.
Structures and 3D model optimization
Additive manufacturing is one of the most inspiring and promising areas of modern engineering. It creates a personal on-demand creation of three-dimensional objects and details. And we have had a chance to apply our efforts to move this field forward. We have developed an algorithm to optimize 3D-printer extruder trajectory. Extruder trajectory optimization should provide the manufacturer an opportunity to save material and have less stress concentration points in printed construction.
Machine simulation and testing
A significant part of our background lies in the field of simulation and training. We understand that modern industrial machines are rather complicated and quite expensive. Not only engineers need prototypes developed by machines, but machines themselves require tools for their development and testing. Sometimes to understand how one or another physical system works one needs to simulate and play with it. And this is exactly what we can do well.
